How much do you charge……
The pricing has many variables. Detailed prices are available on the home page of this website(Click Link Above). Most cars fall into those prices with the rare exception of a difficult job! Text for an exact quote!
Can you give me an idea of the cost?
Two front windows start at $125 and go to $225 depending on film quality and a full cars start at $250 and go up to $500 depending on film quality. This does not include the windshield so you know!
Do you charge extra to remove old film?
Yes, we do get an extra charge for removal. It is often more time-consuming than installing new film.
How much do you charge to remove old film?
It can range from $25 for a couple of front windows and a whole car is generally $150 or $200 depending on size and complexity!
Can I see examples of your work?
Absolutely, we have many pictures on Facebook and you would be welcome to come in some afternoon to see some completed vehicles no problem!
Does tinting hurt or improve the value of my car?
A quality tint job will improve the value of your car. The only time we see a problem is when the tinting is done poorly or is too dark. Dark films are usually not desirable to the majority of people.
What are your hours?
We open at 9 am and are usually here till 5 pm. All jobs are done by Appointment!
What days are you available?
We’re generally available Monday to Friday, with some occasional Sunday hours.

What brand of film do you offer?
We use Rayno window film, featuring their Mono Carbon and Phantom series ceramic films.
What shades of film do you offer?
We have the most commonly requested shades in stock. 50%, 30%, 35%, 20%, 15% and 5%
Do you offer a warranty?
Sure thing! We offer a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and discoloration.
If anything goes wrong, just message us, and we’ll fix it.
Do you do 5%?
Yes, we do 5% but you are responsible if you get a ticket because technically it’s not legal and only for show.
Do you use LLumar?
We do not use LLumar, We are happy to offer Rayno window films and feel the quality is just as good if not better!
Do you use 3M window films?
We do not use 3M window films, We are happy to offer Rayno window films and feel the quality is just as good if not better!
What is the difference between mono-carbon and ceramic window films?
The Mono-carbon is more of a basic film made from carbon alone. It’s decent and won’t fade. The ceramic film has a much higher level of heat rejection as it has an actual layer of ceramic in it which the mono-carbon does not. For just a few dollars more you get a much higher quality of film that is far more comfortable in the hot sun!
How long will tinting last?
A quality film will outlast the car in most instances. We have seen tint jobs that still look good 20 years after being installed!
What is privacy glass?
Privacy Glass is a term used in the automotive industry usually referring to the rear windows on a truck, van, or S.U.V. and it can also just mean dark film that is hard to see into.
Will the film scratch from being rolled up and down?
The film will not scratch from normal usage like being rolled up and down. The only time we see a problem with this is when sand or grit gets stuck in the gasket or if the mechanism controlling the window gets damaged but this is rare.
Will tinting keep my car cool?
Window tinting will help your air conditioning run more efficiently and keep it cooler inside but it’s important to know that when you come out to your car after it’s been sitting in the sun it will still be hot inside till the AC does its job.
Is there anything I should know after the windows are finished?
Any care instructions?Yes, you want to wait before rolling the windows down, generally 3 days. No need to clean the windows for at least 3 days and when you do a small spritz of cleaner and a clean microfiber will do the job. Don’t bump it with anything that can puncture the film like keys or tools and don’t let the seat belt hit the glass when you remove it because it can make little holes in the film.
Will the tinting look good on my car?

Process
Can you tell me how the tinting is done?
We meticulously clean your windows, cut the film to size and shape it, then apply it smoothly to the glass. It’s a detailed process to ensure a perfect finish.
What is window tinting?
Window tinting is the process of applying a film like a big sticker to the windows on the inside to give privacy, filter heat, protect the interior and its occupants as well as make the car look great!
Do you hand cut or use a plotter?
We use a plotter to cut the film, ensuring precise and accurate patterns for your windows but we are professional and can also cut patterns by hand if needed.
Do you remove door panels?
Yes, we generally do as this is the professional standard. It makes for a more clean and professional job. We take precautions not to damage anything and guarantee everything is assembled according to factory standards!
Do you do windshields?
Yes, we can do the full windshield in one piece or just a sun strip at the top or both.
Do you shrink the back window in 1 piece?
Yes, we do the back window in one piece on most vehicles. This is the standard procedure in auto glass tinting that leads to the most professional job.
Do you cover the door panels when installing film to the doors?
We do cover the panels to protect the electronics and all materials used to make the door panel. This guarantees that nothing will be damaged in the process of tinting the glass!
Can you do tinting on top of the tinting I already have to make it darker?
We usually don’t like doing this, but if the job is high quality we may be able to do it for you. We would have to see the car to determine if it makes sense.
Can I get my car washed after the tinting is done?
Yes, you can get the car washed no problem. The tinting is applied to the inside of the windows and after we finish they will be super clean inside so no need to clean on the inside.
How do I clean the windows once they are tinted?
Just a little spritz of window cleaner and a super clean microfiber towel is all you need.
How long before the tint is dry?
General drying time is 3 days. It can be faster in the summer and longer in the winter.
How long before I can roll my windows down?
We like to wait 3 days before rolling down the windows and in winter we ask that you wait 5 days.
Can you fix window tinting?
If you have a damaged window it usually needs to be stripped off and redone and we can do that for you.
Which windows will be tinted?
Our pricing includes everything but the windshield. The windshield is always extra.
How long does the job take?
The actual install time is a few hours but to make our day run smooth we generally have all vehicles dropped off at 9 am and get them done in the order they showed up. Considering this we may have the vehicle a little longer!

Legality
What are the laws in my state regarding window tinting?
The tint Laws in Wisconsin allow for 35% on the rear windows and 50% on the front windows for passenger vehicles like 2 doors and 4 doors. For trucks and vans, you can get away with a bit darker on the rears because they generally come factory-tinted darker.
